Ütaké is a collaborative improvisatory ensemble whose members represent a wide variety of musical styles and disciplines--from contemporary and traditional classical composition and performance to jazz and pop styles.
Ütaké was invited to the 2008 World Shakuhachi Festival in Sydney, Australia, where they performed their premiere concert.
